This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Process customer orders received through various channels, including phone, fax, and email.

• Investigate and resolve any issues related to received orders.

• Correct orders when necessary and release them for processing.

• Communicate to management and sales representatives any inventory shortages and the status of shipments as required, while also providing information on the availability of inventory for backordered products.

• Manage product returns through the system when needed by issuing Return Material Authorizations (RMA) in accordance with company policies.

• Investigate and prepare billing corrections when necessary to ensure accurate billing and correct commission payments across all devices.

• Monitor the "Use-Before-Dates" for all sterilized inventory and collaborate with sales representatives and management to minimize losses due to expiration.

• Support all company initiatives identified by management related to Quality Management Systems (QMS), Environmental Management Systems (EMS), and other regulatory requirements.

• Comply with United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, other regulatory requirements, company policies, operational procedures, processes, and task assignments.

• Maintain positive and collaborative communication with employees, customers, contractors, and suppliers at all levels.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent specialized training/related experience.

• Minimum of 1 year of verifiable experience in customer service or a closely related environment.

• Demonstrated proficiency in keyboarding and personal computer skills (experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word, or equivalent applications is required), as well as the ability to pass a 10-key assessment.

• Experience working in a broad business model or across different divisions/business units is preferred.

• Ability to work in a highly matrixed and geographically diverse business environment.

• Proven mastery of spelling, grammar, and punctuation in English, including the ability to satisfactorily pass a pre-employment reading comprehension test.

• Knowledge of SAP (desirable).
