This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Chile.
• Analysis and management of large data volumes: Analyze and process complex transactional records, identifying patterns, anomalies, and opportunities for optimization in compensation and settlement processes.
• Construction of dashboards and alerts: Develop and maintain dashboards for ongoing monitoring, incorporating proactive early alerts that anticipate deviations before they impact the client or operations.
• Management of off-system inconsistencies: Identify, escalate, and manage transactional inconsistencies that are not automatically resolved by core systems, coordinating solutions with Technology, Finance, and external partners.
• Development of transactional information databases: Design and maintain operational databases that support transactional processing, ensuring their structure, quality, and availability.
• Operational reference and team support: Serve as a technical reference for Operations Analysts, resolving complex inquiries, reviewing their reconciliations, and contributing to their skill development.
• Continuous improvement: Identify bottlenecks and automation opportunities in operational processes, documenting proposals and collaborating with management for implementation.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Engineering, Industrial Civil Engineering, Audit, Business Administration, or related fields with an analytical and operational focus.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in financial operations, back-office, or compensation roles within the payments ecosystem or financial institutions.
• Proven experience in building dashboards or operational alert systems with high-volume transactional data and managing operational exceptions.
• Excel / Google Sheets: Advanced level (processing large data volumes, pivot tables, and basic automation).
• SQL: Intermediate-advanced level for extraction, validation, and analysis of transactional data.
• Solid understanding of compensation, settlement, and payment processes in the Chilean market.
• Design and maintenance of dashboards or operational reports with multiple data sources.
• Python: Basic level for automating operational data processes.
• BI tools: Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Knowledge of payment ecosystems (Transbank, ACH Chile, CCA, SWIFT).
• Familiarity with ERP or financial back-office systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
