This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Chile.
• Take charge of the entire project lifecycle for email platform migrations, from initial discovery to go-live and subsequent post-migration quality assurance.
• Lead client kick-off meetings, manage migration timelines, facilitate stakeholder communication, and track milestones across multiple concurrent projects.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all technical inquiries related to migration from account teams and clients.
• Document migration decisions, integration specifications, and handoff notes in a reproducible and scalable format.
• Perform pre-send technical audits and conduct inbox placement seed tests prior to the first live send.
• Create and manage IP/domain warming schedules, which may range from 1 to 3 months of structured warming based on the engagement tier.
• 3 to 6+ years of practical experience in lifecycle and CRM marketing technology, email service provider migrations, and/or martech implementations.
• Extensive and proven expertise in at least two of the following email service providers: Klaviyo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Iterable, Braze, Mailchimp, Attentive, or a comparable platform.
• Practical experience in configuring DNS records and implementing email authentication protocols.
• Familiarity with sending domain setups, subdomain delegation, and tracking link configurations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage API integrations, configure webhooks, and set up custom events.
• Experience with subscriber data migrations, including schema mapping, backfill logic, and suppression management.
• Strong knowledge of IP warming strategies, encompassing warming schedules, list segmentation tactics, and reputation monitoring.
• Background in an agency or client services setting, handling multiple concurrent client projects as outlined in contractual agreements.
• Experience in auditing and extracting data from legacy email service providers (such as Mailchimp, SFMC, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Drip, Iterable, or Braze) used as the source platform.
• Proficiency in defining identity resolution strategies and managing duplicate profile logic during migrations.
• Capability to translate legacy flow/journey logic into an equivalent Klaviyo automation framework.
• Experience in creating and executing structured checklists for validating and testing integrations.
• Ability to manage a cutover plan that includes deactivating the legacy platform and sequencing the go-live process.
