ESL Instructor – Flextime

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Instructing adult learners in English as a Second Language (ESL) through a remote platform

• Leveraging provided online resources and training materials

• Supporting students according to predetermined schedules

• Maintaining punctuality and attendance during specified hours

• Modifying teaching techniques to cater to individual student requirements

⛳️ Requirements

• Fluent in English at a native-level proficiency

• Must possess Canadian citizenship

• Bachelor's degree from a recognized Western or English-speaking institution

• Exhibits a professional appearance and demeanor

• Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection (no Wi-Fi), along with a webcam and headset

• Availability of at least 15 hours per week during peak hours: Sunday-Thursday from 5 pm to 8 pm ET, and Monday-Friday from 5 am to 11 am ET

• Must be punctual, dependable, and ready to start immediately

• Open to adjusting schedules to accommodate Daylight Saving Time changes
