This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.
• Client Engagement & Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for key strategic clients, cultivating strong relationships and trust to promote long-term business success.
• Take a proactive approach to manage and expand existing accounts, identifying opportunities to enhance the utilization of ESG cyber security solutions.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of each client's business goals, requirements, and technical challenges.
• Collaborate closely with partners and clients to implement customized strategies that capitalize on the complete ESG security solution portfolio.
• Ensure high client satisfaction by consistently delivering value and providing proactive support throughout the client lifecycle.
• Portfolio Adoption & Solution Delivery: Promote the uptake of ESG cyber security solutions, ensuring clients fully benefit from the products offered.
• Work alongside clients to identify gaps in their IT capabilities and recommend solutions that align with their long-term business objectives.
• Partner with technical teams to deliver solution demonstrations, workshops, and proof-of-concepts (POCs) to highlight the capabilities of ESG solutions.
• Provide leadership during the implementation and deployment phases, ensuring a smooth integration of solutions into the client’s environment.
• Sales Growth & Revenue Retention: Achieve and surpass new logo revenue, retention, and growth targets by qualifying and converting leads, as well as identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within assigned accounts.
• Lead the formulation and execution of strategic account plans, focusing on expanding the portfolio and securing renewals.
• Identify potential risks to account health and proactively work to mitigate client churn, ensuring long-term partnerships.
• Engage in quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with clients to provide insights on solution performance and offer recommendations for optimization.
• Collaboration & Internal Alignment: Work in tandem with internal teams, including sales engineering, customer success, and technical support, to ensure client needs are fulfilled.
• Proven experience in account management, business development, or sales within the cyber security industry.
• Strong grasp of ESG cyber security solutions (or similar technologies) and their significance in a comprehensive IT strategy.
• Exceptional relationship-building abilities with a talent for establishing trust with senior stakeholders (CISO, IT Directors, etc.).
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue retention and growth targets.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% of the time for client meetings and events.
