This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the daily operations of the EHB team, ensuring exceptional customer service and compliance with service level agreements.
• Provide guidance and solutions for escalated loan files and inquiries at the loan level while managing the workflow for Post-Closing Escrow Holdback processes.
• Distribute and balance workflow, conduct performance evaluations for staff, oversee timecard management, and enhance overall team productivity and compliance.
• Collaborate with various departments to address issues and support organizational initiatives.
• Monitor and manage daily pipelines to maximize productivity, balance workloads, ensure service level agreements are fulfilled, and maintain adherence to CCM policies and loan approval standards.
• Act as a liaison between CCM branches, loan officers, clients, and external vendors.
• Ensure comprehensive review of all necessary documents to facilitate disbursements.
• Oversee the loan disbursement process and offer guidance to Escrow Holdback Specialists.
• Track undeliverable loans and rate lock expiration dates to ensure timely extension requests and re-locking of loans.
• Manage and oversee Agency Close Outs of Escrow Holdbacks.
• Conduct weekly meetings and perform monthly audits to ensure precision, completeness, and compliance.
• Collaborate with CCM Accounting for fund disbursement reconciliation.
• Oversee employee timecard adjustments and manage PTO approvals.
• Complete and facilitate employee performance evaluations.
• Communicate any suggested updates or revisions to the Escrow Holdback Policies and Procedures to the Insuring and Escrow Holdback Manager.
• Report on operational trends and recurring challenges.
• Maintain a limited pipeline of loans to aid workflow management and ensure balanced team coverage.
• Provide training and onboarding assistance to new staff members.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in mortgage lending.
• Supervisory experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with Encompass is preferred.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent mathematical and analytical skills.
• Exceptional prioritization and time management capabilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Windows.
