Escalator Engineer – Nights

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Perform maintenance, repairs, and service calls on escalators and moving walkways from a variety of manufacturers.

• Service, maintain, and repair escalators and moving walkways at major rail and underground locations.

• Ensure the safe and reliable operation of escalator systems throughout the London area.

• Work with KONE TM, RTV and RTK units, Schindler 9300 escalators, Anlev systems, and Otis 506 NCE equipment.

• Conduct fault diagnosis across mechanical and electrical systems.

• Operate throughout Greater London, including at Gatwick Airport station and Stansted Airport station.

• Uphold high standards in service delivery, safety, and customer care.

• Carry out effective risk assessments.

• Keep site log cards updated during each visit.

⛳️ Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 in Escalator Engineering or an equivalent qualification.

• Demonstrated experience working with escalators and moving walkways.

• A valid UK driving license is required.

• Experienced escalator engineer with a strong technical foundation.

• Applicants must reside within the M25 area.

• Candidates must possess appropriate rights to work.

• Sponsorship is not provided.
