ERPS Supervisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the Maximo subject matter expert for the IDIQ Contractor

• Serve as the main liaison with customer leadership on all Maximo-related issues

• Engage with customer subject matter experts through meetings and correspondence to collect maintenance data

• Collaborate with the customer to enhance business practices and provide Maximo user support

• Verify the accuracy, completeness, and compliance of asset data with established standards

• Create preventative maintenance schedules and routes to align with warranty and equipment recommendations

• Develop training materials and create Job Plans based on existing maintenance plans, CFS manuals, and expert recommendations

• Draft maintenance plans and facilitate workshops for their approval

⛳️ Requirements

• Possession of a Secret security clearance

• A minimum of ten years of experience utilizing Asset Management Systems, such as Maximo, in the maintenance and operations of facilities and buildings

• Proven ability and comfort in proactively establishing relationships

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Capacity to effectively engage with all levels of management
