ERP/CRM Services Director – Bilingual FR/EN

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Lead and manage teams responsible for ERP/CRM delivery, including consultants, project managers, and analysts.

• Oversee client projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, timelines, and quality standards.

• Act as the primary strategic contact for major clients.

• Enhance delivery methodologies and implement best practices.

• Assist in the evolution of ERP/CRM service offerings.

• Provide mentorship, coaching, and development opportunities for internal team members.

• Track and assess project and team performance metrics.

• Work in conjunction with sales teams to aid in proposal preparation and cost estimations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in both French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Extensive experience in the implementation of ERP and/or CRM systems.

• Proven track record in managing professional services or leading project initiatives.

• Exceptional project management capabilities, including budgeting, risk assessment, and deliverable tracking.

• Familiarity with various ERP or CRM solutions such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, SAP, etc.
