ERP Technical Support Engineer – Infor CSI, SyteLine

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide ERP system solutions that align with our business objectives (solutions generally encompass system & security configurations, reporting, DataViews, DO, Data Lake, Forms, document & label printing/scanning, integrations, data loads, data synchronization, disaster recovery & business continuity, etc.)

• Assess and interpret all business requirements, including functional, performance, availability, security, etc.

• Design ERP system solutions to fulfill requirements; engage in design reviews.

• Configure and develop system solutions according to design specifications; participate in code/configuration reviews.

• Conduct and assist in all necessary testing and remediation (unit, integration, system, user acceptance, etc.) to meet requirements.

• Create appropriate deployment packages for distribution to designated target systems (adhering to segregation of duties guidelines).

• Offer adequate ERP support, training, and maintenance:

• Deliver ERP-related support (primarily Tier 3, but also Tier 1 & 2 as needed) for implemented solutions; provide effective troubleshooting to resolve complex issues ensuring optimal business operations, keeping collaborators updated with regular status reports as necessary.

• Ensure effective monitoring and alerting for ERP-related solutions.

• Develop and maintain system documentation/user guides; provide training as required.

• Execute regular system updates & patching, as applicable.

• Guarantee data quality and integrity.

• Identify, contribute to, and implement continuous improvement initiatives, including system optimization, processes, and self-performance.

• Collaborate, mentor, and partner with other teams to ensure all efforts are approached with a systems mindset and a unified team mentality.

• Complete all necessary documentation, including design, configurations, ticketing, and work updates.

• Provide timely and precise estimates for completing tasks and updates on work status.

• Deliver all tasks within service level agreements/commitment goals and quality targets, adhering to company processes and policies.

• Automate tasks through scripting and other methods.

• Travel to Re:Build sites as required.

• Perform other assigned tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant experience and proven success with Infor CloudSuite Industrial (CSI) and related technologies, including, but not limited to:

• CSI System Administration, Infor OS, multi-tenant SaaS CSI & prior Syteline 10.

• Enhancements, Customizations, Implementations.

• CSI Mongoose development, integration/APIs/ION, Forms development, Workflows.

• Reporting, Infor Data Views, Infor Data Lake, IDOs, underlying data and structure, data warehouse, SQL, environment cloning.

• Proficiency in Microsoft .NET and SQL Server.

• Web Development experience with ASP.NET/MVC, Web Services/WEB APIs, HTML, JavaScript, and jQuery.

• Strong understanding of the business processes (finance, purchasing, manufacturing, etc.) supported by CSI.

• Proven experience in delivering solutions to end users following industry standards:

• Analysis, design, development/configuration, testing, and support.

• Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Structured deployment across non-Production and Production environments.

• Familiarity with UI/UX best practices, particularly for stationary and mobile devices (including responsive design).

• Extensive experience and capability to effectively collaborate with both end users (non-technical) and technical team members.

• Understanding and application of security protocols.

• Proven ability to learn new technologies quickly and apply them effectively.

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology (or a related field).

• A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience specifically as a CSI/Syteline Developer is required.
