Bus Unit Application Support Analyst I-3

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Offer assistance to a range of corporate and business line applications

• Utilize knowledge of business lines and system technologies to address business challenges

• Carry out tasks with minimal oversight while mentoring others

• Act as a subject matter expert on key system support initiatives

• Evaluate company data and suggest initiatives that enhance financial performance

• Tailor and improve business applications to fulfill functional requirements

• Contribute to test plans for system modifications, conversions, and projects

• Function as a technical support liaison among system users, IT, and vendors

• Address inquiries, troubleshoot, and resolve application-related issues

• Oversee incoming and clearing system files and investigate any issues

• Deliver proactive reporting and analysis to senior management

• Collaborate across functions to propel strategic initiatives, enhance processes, and research and resolve issues

• Travel occasionally as needed

⛳️ Requirements

• Associate's degree or relevant work experience in addition to the experience listed below

• Minimum of 1 year of related experience required

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities

• Capability to connect technical solutions to operational challenges

• Skills in organization, planning, and coordination

• Ability to perform sedentary tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and utilize standard office equipment

• Capability to travel domestically on occasion; international travel is not required
