ERP Technical Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Evaluate business operations and deliver solutions utilizing Sage ERP systems.

• Conduct interviews with customers to gather and document their needs.

• Set up, configure, and test the ERP system.

• Execute data migrations.

• Tailor and configure the systems for integration with various platforms.

• Offer professional user training and ongoing support.

• Operate efficiently under time constraints, deadlines, and workloads with shifting and multiple priorities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Engineering, Statistics, or a related computer field is mandatory.

• At least 5 years of experience with ERP and/or CRM software.

• Familiarity with Sage 100 ERP, Sage X3, or Acumatica is advantageous.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, including communication, active listening, and customer service.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Previous consulting experience with client-facing roles.

• Willingness to travel to client locations.

• High business acumen, along with analytical skills and a solid understanding of the sales pipeline, is essential.

• Excellent presentation and listening abilities, capable of conflict resolution.

• Strong relationship-building skills and a comprehensive understanding (or eagerness to learn) of sales cycles.

• Knowledge of Financial Applications or related solutions is preferred.
