ERP Support & Optimization Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Play a vital role in optimizing and maintaining the Microsoft D365 Finance & Operations ERP system to improve business operations.

• Identify, analyze, resolve, and document intricate system-related issues alongside system users.

• Ensure the ERP system operates smoothly and efficiently.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.

• Evaluate existing business processes and pinpoint areas for enhancement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.

• Proven advanced proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English is essential to effectively fulfill the responsibilities of this position.

• 3-5 years of experience as a business analyst in supporting, managing, or implementing the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations ERP system.

• Expertise with Dynamics 365 finance modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable, Project Management in Accounting, and Tax processing.

• Strong skills in system configuration, customization, and data management within Microsoft Dynamics 365.
