ERP Software Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Continued enhancement of core functionalities for INTEGRA®

• Design and advancement of new components

• Technical evaluation of customer and standard development needs

• Collaborate with the team to select appropriate software components and identify subsequent improvements to the user interface

• Engage with source code and gain familiarity with intricate subject matter

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed vocational training or a degree in computer science, business informatics, or business administration

• Proficiency in object-oriented programming

• Knowledge of Delphi (2007 or later) is preferred; training can also be provided

• Familiarity with the List & Label reporting tool or a comparable solution is beneficial

• Strong SQL skills with MS SQL Server and/or Oracle

• Interest in system-level programming, which includes components, modules, system layers, and operating-system-level development

• Enthusiasm for tackling complex debugging challenges

• Passion for maintaining and supporting a comprehensive product like INTEGRA®

• Professional experience in ERP application development is advantageous

• Skills in teamwork, creativity, independence, motivation, strong communication, and a pronounced service orientation

• Strong conceptual and analytical thinking abilities

• Curiosity, adaptability to change, and a readiness to take on responsibility
