ERP Program Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Lead intricate SAP business transformation initiatives from start to finish.

• Guarantee successful program delivery within budget, on schedule, and adhering to quality standards.

• Oversee and inspire geographically dispersed teams, including multi-vendor environments and complex client organizations.

• Formulate and execute well-organized program delivery frameworks.

• Collaborate with IT, business, and change management teams to ensure the success of the program.

• Foster strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in leading demanding business transformation programs with a proven track record in program-level delivery across the complete lifecycle of SAP projects.

• Established ability to deliver results under challenging conditions while meeting timelines, budgetary constraints, and quality standards.

• Capability to lead teams in complex settings that involve multi-vendors, intricate client organization structures, and geographically dispersed teams.

• Experience collaborating with global teams and a history of leading teams of consultants both locally and remotely.

• Comprehensive knowledge of how to establish programs for success, including IT, Business, and Change elements.

• Ability to define and practically apply well-structured program delivery frameworks.

• Exceptional communication skills (both verbal and written) and presentation abilities, with the capacity to influence C-Level stakeholders within client organizations.

• Competence in guiding teams to prepare extensive proposals and program plans, leveraging differentiators (e.g., specific consulting frameworks, etc.).

• Skill in articulating value-based propositions, managing and reviewing program financials, and leading proposal presentations to craft compelling propositions for clients.

• Significant proven experience in client-facing consulting roles.

• Established project and program delivery track record across multiple full lifecycle SAP initiatives, including large-scale multi-country roll-outs of significant size, scope, and complexity for ECC and S/4 HANA.

• Experience in global delivery and collaboration with offshore resources.

• Experience mentoring and coaching consulting resources.

• Proficient in gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data and information for diverse audiences.

• Willingness to travel for project-related purposes.
