This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Lead the design and implementation of our global SAP S/4HANA solution architecture
• Supervise deployments across various markets
• Responsible for comprehensive program planning, governance, and execution across technology workstreams
• Ensure alignment with concurrent business transformation initiatives and executive priorities
• Own the integrated program plan for the SAP S/4HANA global template design and phased rollouts in different countries
• Establish and oversee program governance, cadence, risk management, and tracking of dependencies
• Drive disciplined execution across multiple workstreams, vendors, and geographical locations
• Ensure strong integration between the SAP program and concurrent business transformation efforts
• Manage cross-program dependencies and sequencing to reduce delivery risk
• Provide succinct, executive-level updates on progress, risks, financials, and key decision points
• Act as the intermediary between internal teams, business integrators, and systems integrators
• Over 10 years of relevant experience in managing large-scale ERP or enterprise technology programs
• Proven track record in leading SAP S/4HANA implementations, including global template design and multi-country rollout planning
• Strong expertise in technology-driven transformation programs
• Demonstrated experience collaborating with systems integrators and business integrators
• Valid project management certifications (PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent)
• Experience operating within global, matrixed organizations
• Familiarity with SAP Activate and large systems integrator delivery models
• Strong financial acumen regarding program budgeting and forecasting
• Ability to manage complexity and ambiguity on a large scale
• Strong integration focus across technology and business transformation
• Willingness and capability to travel internationally up to 25%
