This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Oversee and coordinate all facets of Acumatica Cloud ERP implementations.
• Offer continuous support and consultation to partners and end-users regarding their ongoing Acumatica projects.
• Deliver best practice recommendations to clients for enhancing their existing Acumatica processes.
• Perform root cause analyses on system performance and stability challenges, providing actionable recommendations.
• Establish and nurture relationships with customers and stakeholders through ongoing engagement and support.
• Support partners or in-house clients with initial implementation discovery, project analysis, scope of work development, proposal creation, and complex Fit-Gap analysis.
• Develop a continuous strategy to align customer system processes with new product features.
• Assist customers by addressing challenging application inquiries and tracking issues that arise during the implementation phase.
• Collaborate closely with various departments to utilize their expertise and resources, ensuring effective and prompt resolutions to customer issues.
• Adhere to established processes and tools for documenting requirements, resolutions, and escalations related to customer issues.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of new or enhanced service delivery strategies and initiatives.
• Design, plan, and deliver product and technology presentations for partners and during field events.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Technology, Commerce, or a related discipline.
• Fundamental understanding of accounting; ability to draw T-accounts for analytical purposes, and knowledge of basic accounting concepts such as ledgers, sub-ledgers, debits, and credits.
• Experience in installation and configuration of various Business Application Software, particularly Mid-Market ERP.
• Proven experience in software presentation and demonstration.
• Familiarity with ERP System financial and ad-hoc report writing is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and presentation tools.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, including knowledge of SQL Server relational database concepts such as database schemas and an understanding of relational database design.
• Over 5 years of ERP software implementation experience in the construction sector, encompassing business consulting, project management, project definition, estimating, proposal writing, and engagement planning.
• Experience with distribution, field services, supply chain, financials, and/or inventory ERP implementation is a plus.
• Highly organized and analytical, capable of overcoming implementation challenges through innovative and flexible approaches.
• Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to communicate professionally and produce reports, business correspondence, professional emails, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business and technical information.
