This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and ongoing enhancement of the Group's ERP and CRM systems, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Establish project roadmaps, milestones, resource distribution, budgets, and timelines.
• Track progress, identify potential risks, implement mitigation strategies, and communicate project updates to senior management.
• Collect and prioritize business requirements from Finance, Commercial, Operations, and Management teams across various countries.
• Convert business needs into functional specifications for implementation partners and technical teams.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and promote alignment among different business units.
• Lead and nurture the internal ERP/CRM and business systems team.
• Supervise external technology partners and service providers.
• Ensure successful solution delivery, system configuration, data migration, integrations, testing, and readiness for production.
• Guarantee high-quality service delivery in compliance with established SLAs.
• Spearhead the integration of newly acquired companies into the Group's ERP, CRM, and business systems framework.
• Create and implement integration strategies while coordinating with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Design and carry out training and change management programs to facilitate system and process adoption.
• Provide support to key users and stakeholders throughout the implementation process.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Demonstrated experience in managing ERP implementation or transformation projects.
• At least 8-10 years of relevant professional experience in ERP, CRM, or business systems settings.
• Proven track record of leading teams and managing relationships with external technology vendors and partners.
• Strong knowledge of financial processes, CRM operations, and project management workflows.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or comparable ERP platforms.
• Exceptional skills in project planning, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
• Proficiency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Willingness to travel occasionally to Group locations.
