This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the main point of contact for employee shareholders through incoming phone communications and proactive follow-up.

• Develop trusted relationships with shareholders via personalized education, financial wellness discussions, and continuous support.

• Provide education to participants regarding RSUs, NSOs, ISOs, PSUs, SARs, and ESPPs.

• Clarify aspects of equity awards including vesting, taxation, exercise and sale transactions, enrollment procedures, and digital tools.

• Conduct financial wellness discussions and link equity benefits to overarching financial objectives.

• Introduce participants to Empower's financial planning and wealth management offerings and facilitate warm introductions.

• Manage participant inquiries from the first point of contact until resolution.

• Collaborate with internal business partners to ensure timely and accurate results.

• Assist with account setup, ESPP enrollment, stock option exercises, restricted stock transactions, trade execution, and account servicing.

• Keep precise participant records in compliance with FINRA, SEC, company policies, and quality standards.

• Remain updated on equity compensation trends, financial markets, tax implications, and regulatory changes.

• Seek opportunities to enhance engagement, client experience, and business development.

• Mentor colleagues, share expertise, and cultivate a cooperative environment.

• Adjust to shifting priorities and undertake other assigned tasks.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience is required.

• FINRA Series 7 license is mandatory.

• FINRA Series 63 license is required.

• FINRA Series 65 or Series 66 is essential.

• FINRA Fingerprinting is a requirement.

• A minimum of one to two years of experience in equity compensation, stock plan administration, financial services, wealth management, brokerage operations, or a related client-facing financial services position is necessary.

• Certified Equity Professional (CEP®) Level 1 is required or must be obtained within six to twelve months of hiring.

• Strong understanding of equity compensation plans, including RSUs, NSOs, ISOs, PSUs, SARs, and ESPPs.

• Knowledge of participant-level tax implications associated with equity compensation is important.

• Proficient in financial wellness concepts and overarching financial planning principles.

• Consultative relationship management abilities are critical.

• Experience balancing client service with business development or client growth goals in financial services is preferred.

• Familiarity with CRM systems, stock plan administration platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, and reporting tools is essential.

• Exceptional communication, relationship management, and problem-solving abilities are required.

• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and dedication to regulatory compliance are necessary.

• Professionalism, reliability, integrity, and ethical conduct are expected.

• Capability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.

• Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; employment visa sponsorship is not available, including CPT/OPT.
