This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Prepare medication/treatment carts and other pharmacy-provided equipment/supplies, ensuring all necessary documentation is ready for deployment at facilities.
• Troubleshoot issues and log service calls via phone communication.
• Source, order, and monitor parts needed for the ongoing maintenance of equipment and supplies as necessary.
• Follow up on parts and equipment dispatched to homes.
• Assist with the onboarding and offboarding processes for homes.
• Pre-stage equipment for delivery, including fax machines, refrigerators, medication carts, and more.
• Monitor and record CareRx assets within the Salesforce inventory system.
• Recondition and store equipment/supplies for future utilization.
• Perform miscellaneous support functions as required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot effectively.
• Demonstrated capability to build strong partnerships with team members.
• Excellent organization, planning, and time management abilities.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with effective oral and written communication, enabling professional interaction with others.
• Skilled in critical thinking and capable of prioritizing tasks appropriately.
• Must be self-motivated, requiring minimal supervision, and able to work independently.
• Driven to achieve results that align with high-quality standards.
• Must exhibit good listening skills and the ability to adapt to changes in the work environment.
• Dependability and responsibility in fulfilling job duties are essential.
