This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Take full ownership of the execution of equipment programs, starting from contract handoff to final installation, acceptance, and close-out.
• Create, maintain, and drive comprehensive program schedules that encompass engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, installation, and customer readiness.
• Act as the main execution point of contact with customers post-contract award, facilitating regular program reviews and maintaining effective communication.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition from booking to execution.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration among engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and field service teams.
• Proactively identify risks related to schedule, cost, and quality, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Monitor program financials, including budget compliance and margin risks.
• Manage scope modifications through a structured change management process.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and customer acceptance criteria.
• Promote corrective actions and ongoing improvement initiatives.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, or a related technical field.
• Over 8 years of experience in managing capital equipment or complex hardware programs.
• Proven success in executing schedules, costs, and quality standards.
• Experience in customer-facing program management roles.
