Equipment Portfolio Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iowa, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete asset lifecycle ("cradle to grave"), which encompasses opportunity identification, residual methodology and setting, interim portfolio management, end-of-lease planning, customer negotiations, remarketing strategies, and final realization.

• Serve as the equipment authority for Sales and New Business Development, identifying and pursuing asset-based commercial opportunities.

• Offer asset management products and services that facilitate quoting, structuring, negotiation, approval, and documentation of non-standard transactions.

• Spearhead the asset management research and development initiatives for new industries and markets, emphasizing the effects of emerging technologies on traditional asset classes.

• Maintain a robust external network of equipment specialists to bolster internal knowledge and market intelligence.

• Prepare and deliver asset and vendor reviews, inclusive of supporting analyses, to Asset Management Committees.

• Manage asset-related requests, ensuring accurate evaluator assignments and the integrity of company asset databases.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in developing residual value curves, portfolio management, and remarketing substantial asset portfolios.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related discipline.

• Demonstrated commercial and/or technical expertise with a proven history of identifying market opportunities and delivering asset management products that generate incremental income.
