This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri, +2 more states.
• Achieve or surpass individual and company revenue objectives.
• Generate qualified leads through direct outreach, relationship building, and referral partnerships.
• Establish and sustain long-term relationships with customers, vendors, and referral sources within your territory.
• Inform customers and partners about the company’s financing solutions and unique value proposition.
• Work collaboratively with underwriting, operations, and funding teams to ensure efficient and timely deal execution.
• Act as a reliable industry resource for customers and partners.
• Demonstrated success in equipment finance sales.
• A well-established book of business with robust relationships among end users.
• Experience in financing collateral including specialty vehicles, manufacturing, industrial, marine, yellow iron, or other miscellaneous equipment.
• Background in structuring equipment finance transactions ranging from $200K to $5MM.
• Motivated to achieve and exceed production targets.
• Excellent ability to build rapport, earn trust, and finalize business deals.
• Proficient in both written and verbal communication.
• Self-driven, enthusiastic, and capable of working independently while collaborating with internal teams.
• Dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and upholding professional integrity.
