This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Oversee hardware projects and equipment installations, collaborating with suppliers and facilities to fulfill future process needs.
• Create and enhance advanced photolithography track recipes to achieve performance, defect, and cost objectives for new memory components.
• Detect and address equipment-related challenges by utilizing failure analysis, FMEA, 8D, or SPC/FDC techniques.
• Formulate preventative maintenance schedules and programs to boost equipment uptime and reliability.
• Assess and validate new photo film materials and equipment setups to facilitate technology advancements.
• Work collaboratively with Technology Development teams in Boise and Hiroshima while safeguarding Micron’s intellectual property.
• Guide junior engineers in equipment operations to aid in the progression of departmental objectives.
• Master’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• 4 years of experience in the development and maintenance of photolithography track equipment.
• Proven expertise in High NA EUV Photo Track hardware and process control systems.
• Established capability to troubleshoot mechanical systems and interpret intricate schematic diagrams.
• Familiarity with failure analysis methodologies (FMEA, 8D, or SPC/FDC) for resolving assembly process challenges.
