Equipment Development Engineer – Electrical Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Primarily serve as an electrical engineer for projects focused on equipment development in the Pulp/Paper and Water Treatment sectors.

• Act as the Electrical Engineer expert in the development and design of innovative equipment solutions.

• Collaborate effectively with commercial teams, equipment suppliers, and the Solenis Launch team.

• Engage in ideation, design, drawing/manual creation, and oversight of the construction of brand-new market equipment offerings.

• Ensure that projects align with commercial requirements and are ready for transfer to the equipment launch team upon completion.

• Monitor the timely delivery of projects within established budget and operational parameters while adhering to rigorous safety standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a science or engineering discipline (Electrical Engineering or a related field).

• Over 8 years of experience in Engineering Product Development within the industry.

• Proven project management capabilities.

• Proficiency in CAD or other relevant drawing software.

• Willingness to travel 30-40% of the time.
