Chief Electrical Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary technical expert during designated shifts

• Oversee and manage electrical, mechanical, and environmental systems

• Direct responses to alarms, incidents, and unusual conditions

• Perform thorough facility inspections and verify system functionality

• Facilitate shift handovers and communicate status updates

• Operate and maintain UPS systems, generators, switchgear, ATS/STS, PDUs, and RPPs

• Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance tasks

• Uphold LOTO, electrical safety, arc-flash, and PPE protocols

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Over 5 years of experience in data center or mission-critical operations

• In-depth understanding of electrical and mechanical systems

• Capability to interpret one-line diagrams and OEM documentation
