Equipment and Modernization Souring Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Executing RFP/RFQ procedures for NE/MOD ROBUST contracts in partnership with NAA field local offices.

• Delivering material sourcing and pricing proposals as determined by FSC.

• Drafting purchase orders (PO) for ROBUST systems and sub-systems.

• Ensuring that suppliers adhere to Otis Terms and Conditions.

• Overseeing material logistics to guarantee timely deliveries.

• Assembling price proposals, financial reports, and analyses to validate price reasonableness.

• Engaging in process enhancement initiatives aimed at improving quality and productivity.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or engineering.

• A minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience in a supply chain role or Elevator Field experience.

• Familiarity with SDC.

• Experience with MOD eLog.

• Knowledge of Global JDE and related systems (K2).

• Proficient in Microsoft applications: Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Forms, SmartSheet, Teams.

• Capability to interpret Engineering drawings and customer Elevator/Escalator specification documents.

• Ability to collaborate with various cross-functional teams (Sales, Supervisors, Project Managers, Engineering, Supplier Quality).
