Epicor ERP Consultant – SME

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Act as a subject matter expert on Epicor ERP, encompassing its data model and fundamental architecture.

• Design, create, and sustain Epicor integrations utilizing APIs and external systems.

• Develop and enhance BAQs, dashboards, and reports to bolster business operations.

• Configure and improve workflows, BPMs, and automation within Epicor.

• Assist in data extraction and integration efforts to facilitate downstream analytics initiatives.

• Collaborate with internal and client stakeholders to evaluate requirements and propose scalable solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of practical experience with Epicor ERP, ideally Kinetic.

• In-depth knowledge of Epicor APIs, BAQs, BPMs, and system integrations.

• Strong comprehension of Epicor data structures and industry best practices.

• Experience in integrating Epicor with external systems, including CRM and data warehouses.

• Capability to convert business requirements into technical solutions.

• Excellent communication skills with experience in a client-facing capacity.

• Bachelor’s Degree.
