EPIC/CERNER Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Lead the full project lifecycle for EPIC/Cerner implementations, upgrades, or integrations.

• Establish project scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables.

• Facilitate coordination among cross-functional teams including developers, QA, clinical analysts, and stakeholders.

• Track project progress, risks, and dependencies; proactively address any issues that arise.

• Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations and data privacy standards.

• Manage communication with stakeholders, status reporting, and executive updates.

• Supervise UAT, go-live activities, and post-implementation support.

• Promote continuous improvement in project delivery methodologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience as a Project Manager in healthcare IT.

• Demonstrated experience managing EPIC and/or Cerner projects.

• Strong grasp of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).

• Proficient with project management tools.

• Familiarity with healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR) is advantageous.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong organizational and leadership skills.

• PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification is required.

• Experience with large-scale system implementations or migrations.

• Background in clinical or hospital environments.

• Knowledge of budgeting and resource planning is preferred.

• Advanced English proficiency skills (C1) are mandatory.

• Previous experience working with U.S. clients is essential.
