This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including healthcare providers and support personnel, on provider templates, scheduling, and related clinical workflows.
• Develop, support, and configure workflows and software solutions.
• Guide stakeholders through process modifications and manage changes to enhance experiences for customers, providers, and employees.
• Design and develop Epic Cadence templates.
• Revamp inefficient workflows and establish standardized Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Evaluate workflows and create solutions that boost efficiency and patient access.
• Review and collaborate on system workflows to ensure an optimal end-user experience.
• Lead workgroups to pinpoint, suggest, and manage the scope of template work.
• Uphold technical environments in both production and non-production settings in accordance with quality standards.
• Develop communication plans, training, and educational materials for stakeholders and relevant audiences.
• Identify and integrate best-practice workflows across various users and departments.
• Initiate and execute ongoing process improvement initiatives.
• Facilitate discussions among stakeholders to prioritize enhancements and set implementation timelines.
• Diagnose underlying issues and prepare leadership summaries that include potential solutions and recommendations.
• Lead teams in addressing problematic areas, including managing timelines and stakeholder communications.
• Oversee highly integrated issues and coordinate with relevant teams.
• Create and maintain documentation on best-practice workflows for templates and client-facing engagement materials.
• Epic Cadence Certification or two years of experience in a scheduling role or as a practice manager within an Optimized BSMH department.
• Epic Cadence Certification is mandatory within the first 90 days of employment.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Epic Cadence templates and associated applications.
• Proficiency in workflow analysis and design.
• Capability to understand integrations with other applications.
• Ability to lead workgroups and independently manage teams.
• Skill in assessing root issues and proposing solutions.
• Competence in creating workflow, decision, SBARD, and client-facing documentation.
• Post-secondary education and relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
