Epic Tapestry Analyst – Managed Care Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +7 more states.

📋 Description

• Conducts meetings with end-users and offers operational and application build expertise to achieve customer objectives and desired results.

• Executes design, build, and implementation projects/assignments.

• Engages in the re-engineering of operational workflow processes alongside end-users and business owners.

• Coordinates and facilitates the integration of the needs of end-users and business owners, translating clinical and operational requirements into system specifications and configuration necessities.

• Provides guidance on design integration and interfaces with other Epic modules and/or additional applications.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over two (2) years of experience in testing, building, and implementing Epic Tapestry workflows.

• Preferred experience in Utilization Management (UM) build/implementation.

• Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Effectively resolves problems and offers recommendations.

• High School Diploma/GED is required.

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Healthcare, or a related field is preferred.

• Epic Tapestry Certification is mandatory (with a preference for UM – Utilization Management and/or Benefits).
