This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
• Serves as a comprehensive subject matter expert for the service line's Epic functionalities and integrated third-party applications.
• Determines best practices for the organization and collaborates closely with stakeholders to outline the technical systems and enhancements necessary for achieving business outcomes.
• Conducts research on potential solutions and offers recommendations based on the findings.
• Creates detailed analyses for proposals that detail feasibility, scalability, and costs.
• Proposes, designs, tests, implements, and assesses solutions.
• Contributes to service line research to identify business needs and translates them into the necessary technical enhancements for configuration and modifications to business processes.
• Develops complex functions, including constructing application tables and reports for various Epic applications.
• Tests builds to ensure high-quality delivery to business partners.
• Implements and stabilizes core business applications, examining application infrastructure needs, related hardware, endpoints, and databases.
• Proactively identifies and resolves complex problems, utilizing innovative and groundbreaking methods to think beyond current solutions that influence business direction and enhance performance.
• Investigates and recommends best practices for scalability, supportability, ease of maintenance, and system efficiency.
• Analyzes, prioritizes, and organizes technical requirement specifications using data, diagrams, and flowcharts to facilitate decision-making.
• Leads functional teams or projects in a project management capacity, managing moderate resource needs, risks, and/or complexities.
• Plans and coordinates with both internal and external stakeholders to define project scope, system objectives, and requirements.
• Troubleshoots and resolves intricate integrated issues across applications, collaborating with vendors to address challenges.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience and education.
• A minimum of three years of relevant experience with Epic functionality, design, configuration, and technical environment concepts/functions.
• Experience in Epic builds is mandatory.
• Must be Epic certified or accredited in one or more modules.
