This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana, +4 more states.
• Accountable for the design, development, implementation, and support of the Epic Willow Ambulatory application.
• Evaluate retail pharmacy workflows and convert operational requirements into Epic configurations.
• Conduct routine system maintenance, address incidents, and execute application enhancements.
• Collaborate closely with Retail Pharmacy Operations and leadership teams.
• Engage in integrated testing, validate retail workflows, and participate in upgrade readiness tasks.
• Support workflows that connect Willow Ambulatory with external retail pharmacy systems.
• Occasionally collaborate with the Willow Inpatient team to facilitate shared medication records and ensure enterprise build alignment.
• Independently oversee assigned tasks and small to medium-sized retail pharmacy projects.
• Develop and maintain build documentation, workflow descriptions, test artifacts, and support materials.
• 3 years of experience in systems administration across one or more Epic modules.
• 3 years of experience within the healthcare sector.
• Capability to manage analysis, design, system configuration, and testing tasks at basic to moderate complexity levels.
• Exceptional customer service abilities.
• Utilizes critical thinking skills for assigned responsibilities.
• Highly effective written and verbal communication, along with interpersonal skills, to build relationships that encourage optimal teamwork.
• Strong organizational skills for managing priorities effectively.
• Demonstrates understanding of project management principles relevant to assigned tasks.
• Epic Application Certification must be obtained within 6 months.
• Epic Willow Ambulatory Certification is preferred.
