This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversees, trains, and inspires the Epic Radiant, Cupid, Lumens, Ambulatory Orders Maintenance Analyst team.

• Manages projects, prioritizes tasks, and provides regular feedback for individual growth and training.

• Communicates and addresses issues and risks, measuring and ensuring delivery of high-quality service.

• Evaluates and implements improvements to systems and processes to enhance efficiency.

• Assists the Manager and Team in formulating efficient workflows.

• Guarantees that new hires are onboarded systematically, preparing them for success.

• Acts as an escalation point for complex issues, collaborating with the Help Desk and Product teams.

• Collaborates with Epic application teams, pharmacy stakeholders, and IT leadership to ensure smooth integration and communication.

• Develops and adapts resource allocation strategies to ensure suitable staffing for current and upcoming projects.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Healthcare Informatics or Computer Science) or a combination of college education and 5-7 years of relevant experience.

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar or relevant role as an Epic Radiant or Cupid Analyst, or Epic Ambulatory, with 1 year of supervisory or team lead experience highly preferred.

• Must possess extensive experience working with Epic EHR.

• Required certification in at least one of the following: Cupid or EpicCare Ambulatory.

• Desired certifications include Radiant or Order Transmittal.

• Experience in supporting Lumens-enabled imaging workflows or other non-radiology diagnostic imaging within Epic is a plus.

• Background in supporting imaging and/or other diagnostic services such as EKG, Cardiac Monitoring, or Stress tests.

• Strong understanding of end-to-end diagnostic workflows, including ordering, scheduling touchpoints, result routing, and clinical impact.

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

• Consistently demonstrates integrity and accountability.

• Process and detail-oriented, with a keen focus on data-driven decision making.

• Proactive, self-motivated, and solution-oriented.
