EPIC Program Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and facilitate program activities that align with strategic objectives, encompassing daily operations, project planning, and cross-departmental coordination.

• Act as a point of contact for OCHIN members, customers, and partners.

• Deliver clear, timely, and customer-focused communication regarding program initiatives, updates, and opportunities for engagement.

• Conduct research, provide recommendations, and implement enhancements based on best practices and performance metrics.

• Apply critical thinking and insights to improve program effectiveness and increase member value.

• Develop and maintain program documentation, reports, dashboards, presentations, and other visual materials.

• Facilitate internal and external communication, learning, and decision-making processes.

• Travel nationally for on-site Go Live support as business needs arise.

• Execute additional responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Required experience with the Epic EHR system in roles such as Analyst, Program Manager, Program Specialist, Principal Trainer, or a similar position.

• Proven experience in creating strategic roadmaps.

• Capability to independently identify, test, and refine methods for engaging stakeholders.

• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.

• Ability to inspire and direct cross-functional teams.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Proficient in effectively engaging with diverse stakeholders.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving expertise.

• Proven track record in stakeholder engagement and relationship management with both internal and external partners.

• Successful completion of a 50–60-minute competency assessment prior to the team interview.

• Ability to work independently and productively from a home office setting.

• Access to high-speed internet service.

• Capability to maintain focus in a distraction-free work environment.
