This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Serve as the composed problem-solver behind the scenes—ensuring Epic stability and revenue cycle workflows.
• Address tickets, manage break-fix issues, and implement optimization projects.
• Function as an extension of a client's Epic team, aiding in day-to-day stability and ongoing improvement.
• Triage and resolve incoming tickets efficiently.
• Manage break-fix tasks by troubleshooting workflows and applying secure fixes.
• Configure and update Epic build within the specialty area.
• Plan and carry out suitable testing (unit/integrated/regression).
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with client stakeholders and internal team members.
• Execute small optimization projects (for Senior roles).
• Active Epic certification in Professional Billing.
• Extensive working knowledge of Epic Professional Billing and an understanding of the connections between modules and workflows.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in an analyst role concentrating on problem-solving, requirements gathering, testing, and system implementation (Analyst Level).
• 4 to 5+ years of experience in independently delivering analyst work (Senior Analyst Level).
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in navigating across systems, data, and stakeholder inputs.
