EPIC PB/PB Claims Solutions Analyst – Maintenance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, document, and implement solution functionalities by building, testing, and maintaining features in alignment with specifications and requirements.

• Identify, diagnose, and resolve intricate technical issues to guarantee optimal system performance and satisfaction for end users.

• Collaborate with various departments to facilitate project implementations and address member maintenance concerns.

• Develop and enhance technical documentation to promote process improvement and cross-functional collaboration.

• Cultivate skills and expertise in technical design, analysis, and system enhancements.

• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Certification or expertise in Epic Resolute PB or PB Claims is mandatory; proficiency in both is strongly preferred.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Epic Resolute PB/PB Claims Applications Analyst.

• Ideally, at least 3 years of experience in building the Epic PB module.

• Experience with billing practices in New York State is preferred.

• Excellent communication skills with application and technical teams as well as end users.

• Strong integrity and accountability.

• Process-oriented and detail-focused approach.

• Ability to make data-driven decisions.

• Proactive, self-driven, and oriented towards solutions.

• Completion of a 50–60-minute competency assessment prior to the team interview.

• Proficiency in reading, speaking, writing, and understanding English.

• Capacity to work independently and effectively from a home office setup.

• Must provide proof of full COVID-19 vaccination or obtain approval for a medical or religious exemption before the start date.

• Willingness to travel nationally for on-site Go-Live support as business needs arise.
