This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead, mentor, motivate, and cultivate the PB maintenance analyst team.
• Oversee projects, manage prioritization, provide feedback, and handle performance management, development, and training.
• Facilitate effective workflows, address complex issues, and nurture member relationships.
• Organize learning deliverables for annual forums and conferences.
• Methodically onboard new staff and monitor team, project, and individual performance objectives.
• Identify and implement enhancements to processes.
• Strategize Go-Live and coverage support for site installations and legacy expansions.
• Develop features and workflows while making design decisions.
• Address advanced integration JIRA and Help-Desk tickets.
• Act as the primary escalation point for members and resolve escalations.
• Track ticket metrics, SLAs, assignments, and resource planning.
• Conduct routine builds and configurations in Epic and related products.
• Lead working sessions with members to resolve advanced integration work orders and support issues.
• Offer workflow solutions, hands-on training, and facilitate member workgroups.
• Document build specifications, team processes, and intricate clinic workflows.
• Conduct QA for complex builds, Service Update modifications, and other work orders.
• Provide on-site support during Go-Lives and Mock clinics.
• Mentor, coach, and train junior analysts.
• Develop and disseminate workflow best practices.
• Assist Project Managers in identifying system capabilities.
• Build, design, test, and document new system functionalities.
• Implement process improvements within the application or team.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar or relevant Epic Application Analyst position.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience is highly desirable.
• Required healthcare IT work experience.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Epic PB or PB Claims Resolute certification is mandatory.
• Experience in both PB Claims and PB is preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 15%.
• The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience as an Epic Resolute PB/PB Claims Applications Analyst.
• Ideally, a minimum of 3 years of experience in Epic Resolute module build.
• Proficiency in reading, speaking, writing, and understanding English.
• Capability to work independently and effectively from a home office.
• Access to high-speed internet service.

• Must be vaccinated against COVID-19 or possess an approved medical or religious exemption prior to hire.
