This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Configure, build, test, maintain, and optimize the Epic Lumens application to facilitate gastroenterology and endoscopy clinical workflows.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, operational leaders, and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into effective Epic solutions.
• Assist with new implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and ongoing optimization efforts within the Lumens application.
• Analyze workflows and suggest system improvements that boost efficiency, quality, and user satisfaction.
• Create training materials, offer end-user education, and support go-live activities.
• Resolve application issues, conduct root cause analysis, and ensure timely resolution of system-related problems.
• Engage in project planning, testing, change management, and cross-functional initiatives that affect clinical operations.
• Work alongside other Epic application teams to ensure seamless integration and workflow alignment throughout the organization.
• Active Epic Lumens Certification or Accreditation is required.
• A Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• In place of a degree, four (4) years of additional relevant professional experience may be considered.
• A minimum of 3–5 years supporting Epic clinical applications, including at least 1–2 years of direct Epic Lumens build and support experience.
• Strong knowledge of gastroenterology, endoscopy, and procedural clinical workflows.
• Experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting Epic applications within a large healthcare organization.
• Excellent communication, analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Salary based on experience.
• $100,000 - $115,000 +
