
Epic Cupid Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Oversee all stages of the Epic Cupid Community Connect implementation, encompassing planning, execution, go-live, and stabilization.
• Create and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, issues, and communications related to the project.
• Act as the primary point of contact between the organization, Community Connect host, Epic application teams, and clinical stakeholders.
• Coordinate activities related to workflow design, application development, testing, training, and operational readiness.
• Lead project governance meetings and provide regular updates on status to leadership.
• Ensure that implementation activities adhere to Community Connect standards, organizational goals, and Epic best practices.
• Manage cross-functional teams, vendors, and project resources to meet implementation milestones.
• Direct go-live planning, command center support, issue resolution, and post-implementation optimization.
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, Business, Nursing, or a related field.
• At least five (5) years of experience in healthcare IT project management with Epic Radiant and/or Cupid.
• Prior experience with Community Connect implementations.
• Epic Cupid certification or proficiency is preferred.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
• Proven knowledge of healthcare clinical workflows, radiology and cardiovascular services, and Epic implementation methodologies.
