This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

• Deliver application support, develop, maintain, and enhance Epic HB and Home Health billing workflows.

• Evaluate, design, configure, test, implement, and support Epic HB solutions pertaining to Home Health services.

• Collaborate with revenue cycle leaders, operational stakeholders, and end users to collect requirements and propose system enhancements.

• Diagnose production issues and conduct root cause analysis to address billing and reimbursement difficulties.

• Assist with claims processing, charge review, reimbursement workflows, and configurations related to billing systems.

• Engage in system upgrades, enhancements, integrated testing, and the implementation of new features.

• Create and maintain application documentation, workflow diagrams, build specifications, and testing scripts.

• Support optimization initiatives aimed at enhancing revenue cycle performance and the end-user experience.

• Collaborate closely with technical, operational, and clinical teams to ensure successful project delivery.

• Valid Epic Hospital Billing (HB) Certification.

• Proven experience in supporting Home Health billing workflows within Epic.

• At least 2 years of experience as an Epic HB analyst.

• Solid understanding of healthcare revenue cycle operations, reimbursement, claims management, and billing practices.

• Experience with Epic build, testing, implementation, and ongoing production support.

• Capability to troubleshoot intricate application and workflow issues.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service abilities.
