This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Offers routine support and maintenance for both production and non-production applications as assigned.
• Identifies, analyzes, and resolves complex data and system issues.
• Collects requirements, develops specifications, and prepares and reviews documentation.
• Creates, validates, and executes thorough test plans.
• Communicates effectively, negotiates changes, and aids in task prioritization with clients.
• May serve as the Subject Matter Expert in their specific application or domain.
• Provides knowledge transfer and mentoring to team members when necessary.
• Understands and adheres to all enterprise and IS departmental information security policies, procedures, and standards.
• Collaborates with key project team members to define requirements, design functional solutions, identify and resolve project issues, and ensure IT solutions meet specified requirements.
• Establishes positive relationships with business operations, IT&S leadership, and vendors.
• Documents requirements, defines scope and objectives, and formulates systems that align with overall business strategies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related Health Care field, or equivalent experience.
• 2-5 years of relevant experience in a healthcare environment.
• 3-5 years of pertinent experience as an Information Systems analyst.
• Active Epic Certification is required.
• Capable of establishing and meeting delivery deadlines.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and issues, adjusting priorities as necessary.
• Strong analytical and technical skills, with the ability to analyze issues, assess technical risks, and recommend timely and effective solutions.
• Quick learner with the ability to manage new assignments, technologies, and applications while handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
