Epic Application Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Developing and executing a long-term best practice strategy for Epic across both operations and IT.

• Ensuring that all stakeholders comprehend the significance and implications of forthcoming changes.

• Aiding in the education of operational leadership regarding process improvement and Epic best practices.

• Responsible for assisting in the implementation of policies.

• Collaborating with Revenue Cycle leaders on reporting, work queue strategy, and workflow design.

• Aiding in revenue enhancement by standardizing workflows and improving processes.

• Acting as the primary point of contact for Epic-related issues and new change requests.

• Creating and reviewing decision documents, SBARDs, and other necessary documents to support build activities.

• Leading client meetings and ensuring client satisfaction.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess a current Epic Certification in a Revenue Cycle focused module.

• A 4-year Bachelor's Degree is preferred, or equivalent experience is acceptable.

• A minimum of 3 years of Epic build experience in revenue cycle functions (preferably in billing and patient access areas).

• Strong background in implementation.

• Familiarity with other Epic applications focused on the revenue cycle.

• Working knowledge of interfaces and interface messages.
