Epic Analyst II – Beaker AP

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Act as the main contact for addressing intricate technical challenges and system malfunctions

• Deliver everyday technical assistance to end-users

• Offer expertise and help coordinate testing and validation processes for system modifications, enhancements, and upgrades

• Spearhead initiatives to enhance the performance and user experience of the EHR system

• Facilitate collaborative efforts with cross-functional teams

• Provide training and mentorship to junior analysts and end-users

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree is mandatory

• A minimum of 3 - 5 years of relevant IT or healthcare experience is required

• Epic 'Beaker' certification or accreditation is necessary

• Exceptional analytical, organizational, and verbal communication abilities

• Strong knowledge of healthcare workflows and terminology
