This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

• Calculate and verify incentive and bonus payouts in accordance with established program guidelines

• Generate regular and on-demand reports to monitor performance indicators

• Extract, cleanse, and validate data utilizing Excel and SQL

• Work closely with HR, Finance, and Operations departments

• Spot opportunities to enhance efficiency and automate workflows

• Keep precise records of payouts and modifications

• Background in managing incentive, compensation, or bonus programs

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or a relevant discipline

• Skilled in Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, and data validation)

• Basic to intermediate proficiency in SQL

• Experience with Tableau or Google Looker is highly advantageous

• Fundamental understanding of AI and cloud-based technologies such as Claude, AWS, ChatGPT, Cursor, Codex, or Amazon Redshift

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
