📋 Description

• BMO is seeking a Senior-level Controls/Compliance Analyst.

• Possesses knowledge and experience in testing Project Management, Service Delivery, and SDLC controls.

• Conducts testing to deliver insights and recommendations based on test outcomes.

• Offers advice and guidance regarding control effectiveness, program compliance, and issue descriptions.

• Evaluates data and information to generate insights and recommendations.

• Typically requires 4 to 6 years of relevant experience.

• A post-secondary degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Technical proficiency acquired through education and/or professional experience.

• Proficient verbal and written communication skills - Advanced level.

• Strong collaboration and teamwork skills - Advanced level.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities - Advanced level.

• Effective influence skills - Advanced level.

• Competence in data-driven decision making - Advanced level.
