Epic Analyst – HIM Coding

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in maintaining day-to-day stability and fostering continuous enhancements in Epic’s HIM Coding application.

• Manage and resolve incoming support tickets: clarify the issue, reproduce it, assess urgency/impact, and guide it to resolution.

• Address break-fix tasks by troubleshooting workflows/builds, identifying root causes, and applying safe, thoroughly tested solutions.

• Execute small-scale optimization projects aimed at enhancing reliability and minimizing friction.

• Convert requests into precise, testable requirements.

• Configure and update Epic build within your area of expertise.

• Plan and conduct appropriate testing (unit, integrated, regression as necessary).

• Maintain clear and consistent communication with client stakeholders and internal team members.

⛳️ Requirements

• Current Epic certifications in HIM Coding.

• At least 2+ years of experience delivering scoped analyst work from start to finish—problem solving, requirements gathering, testing, and solution implementation.

• Extensive specialization in HIM Coding with a desire to expand into broader areas within Epic.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities.

• Comfortable working across various systems, data sets, and stakeholder contributions.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
