• Promote member utilization and engagement with Quality Reporting and Healthy Planet tools.
• Collaborate directly with Account Managers, members, and customers.
• Aid in training and gather feedback for management regarding tool usage.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance engagement.
• Offer personalized support to members and customers.
• Involve Account Managers and analysts in outreach calls to members.
• Organize member engagement forums and workgroups.
• Research, identify, and apply best practices.
• At least 3 years of Certified Epic Ambulatory experience (5+ years preferred).
• Certification must be obtained at the time of application.
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, public administration, program or project management, IT, health informatics, or a related field.
• Strong comprehension of clinical workflows.
• Knowledge of regulatory programs such as UDS, MIPS, etc.
• Experience in Project or Program Management is highly desirable.
• Excellent analytical skills with the capability to troubleshoot workflow and data-related issues.
• Familiarity with improvement methodologies and tools, such as the Model for Improvement and/or Lean, is preferred.
