• Oversee and compile Licensing Topical Reports (LTRs)
• Draft responses to inquiries from customers and the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC)
• Assist in the development, resolution, and assessment of condition reports
• Create licensing documentation and reports to support customer License Amendment Request (LAR) applications
• Conduct verification of task reports and engineering contributions
• Provide support for customer 10 CFR 50.59 reviews
• Generate Technical Safety Evaluation Reports
• Obtain necessary permissions and approvals related to project scopes
• Bachelor's Degree in a scientific or engineering field from an accredited university or college
• At least 5 years of hands-on nuclear licensing experience
• Direct experience and knowledge of 10 CFR Part 21
• Ability to provide regulatory guidance and direction to supporting functions (e.g., Engineering)
• Willingness and capability to travel occasionally
• Ability and readiness to obtain and maintain a site security clearance, including the NRC-mandated background check
