Environmental Services Engineer II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Develop and execute organizational policies and procedures pertaining to environmental regulations.

• Support manufacturing plants in resolving environmental compliance challenges.

• Fulfill environmental reporting obligations for HWI facilities.

• Prepare and file environmental and safety documentation, including Title V, air, water, waste, SPCC, and SWPP plans.

• Offer technical advice to manufacturing staff concerning environmental matters.

• Enforce corporate environmental policies and procedures.

• Perform environmental audits of manufacturing sites.

• Negotiate environmental compliance matters with regulatory bodies.

• Assess capital projects in relation to environmental concerns.

• Timely submission of necessary environmental permit applications and compliance documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Four (4) to six (6) years of experience in environmental engineering within the manufacturing sector.

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering or a related discipline.

• Proficient computer skills, including mastery of Microsoft Office Suite.

• Understanding of process systems and environmental control technologies.

• Familiarity with OSHA, EPA, and workers’ compensation regulations and practices.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

• Capability to work efficiently in a collaborative team setting.

• Ability to fulfill specified physical, lifting, vision, environmental, and noise requirements.
